HELP is excited to release a new MDI Lesson Series designed to provide educators with a collection of lessons they can use to introduce the MDI to their students and help them integrate the survey and their school or district results into their classroom curriculum in meaningful and relevant ways that also align with the British Columbia Curriculum and Core Competencies.
The lessons below can be used individually or together to enrich and enhance BC middle grades students’ educational experience. Designed to be short and easy to implement, the lessons require few materials or resources. Implementation guidance is provided to help educators determine the best way to adapt and deliver the learning experiences in their context.
*This project was supported by a Health After 2020 Grant, Faculty of Medicine, UBC
